Scope
This procedure shall apply to the monitoring and control of the project, weekly /
monthly reports and recovery schedule to know the status of the project.

Procedures
1. Preparation of execution program and submitting approval by the client based on contract program requirement.
2. Once the program execution is approved, it will be used for execution of the project.
3. Update the execution program by weekly and monthly basis to know the status of the project. Collect the right progress from site engineer for updating the program.
4. After updating, check / visualized the dates and progress is showing realistic, otherwise revised the dates/ links to get reality updates.
5. Any delays during update must be informed of client and submit a recovery schedule to avoid accumulation of delays.
6. Any additional/deletion activities are encountered during implementation within/necessary in the contract must incorporate immediately in the program.
7. The resource loading in the program must be calculated during actual output at the site and recalculation the duration of each activity to get realistic updates.
8. Implement the program based on approved method statement of each activity and job safety analysis to avoid repeated works and damage of existing utilities.
9. Critical activities must be priorities and completion dates must be achieved as much as possible.
10. Additional equipment must be provided if necessary to meet schedule of each activity
